The Man Behind the Build.

My name is Dylan Kletsch, founder of Flyway Field Supply.

It started simple: I saw gear on the market that just wasn't cutting it, and I knew I could make it better, tougher, and offer it at a price working folks could actually afford. Nestled right here in Wisconsin, the marsh is my home. For over a decade, waterfowling hasn't been just a hobby for our family, it’s a lifestyle.

I hand-build and personally field-test every single piece of gear in the harsh, unpredictable Wisconsin weather. If a product can’t survive freezing timber, relentless ice, thick mud, and rough marsh conditions in our backyards, it doesn't get sold. Period.

Beyond the shop, family comes first. As a proud father of two and a husband, passing down the traditions, work ethic, and respect for the outdoors to my kids is what drives me. I stand firmly behind ethical hunting practices, fair chase, and surrounding myself with like minded hunters who respect the game and the wild places we hunt.

When you buy from Flyway Field Supply, you’re not just buying gear, you’re buying hand-crafted equipment built by a waterfowl hunter who uses it, tests it, and stands behind it.

Thank you for trusting us to be part of your hunt.

 KOBIE BRESHEARS

Meet Kobie Breshears, the guy behind the camera, the content, and the media that brings Flyway Field Supply to life.

Based in Central Missouri, Kobie shares the exact same values, respect, and fundamentals that built this brand from day one. He’s a proud husband and father of one who strongly believes in the American Dream and in putting in the hard work required to grow Flyway Field Supply into a household name.

Kobie lives for the outdoors and carries that same deep rooted passion and respect for the resource into everything he shoots, edits, and produces. When he isn't out in the field capturing the fortitude of the hunt, you’ll find him repping the brand at tradeshows or producing content for our YouTube channel, Flyway Productions.

Put simply, Flyway Field Supply wouldn't be where it is today without him.
